Chris Taylor of Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals & Real Estate has been part of ECTC’s story for many years. His children started in the education program back in 2014, his company is a sponsor of ECTC, and his family goes above and beyond by being major donors to ECTC as well. Our heartfelt thanks goes to Chris for his generosity and these most honoring words that he recently shared at the Season 13 launch:

It’s truly a privilege to be here tonight as both a representative of Ocean Reef Resorts and as someone who has had the joy of watching my family grow alongside the Emerald Coast Theater Company for over a decade.

My name is Chris Taylor, and tonight, I want to take a moment to celebrate not only the exceptional artistry and professionalism of ECTC but also the vibrant community it continues to foster.

Partnering with ECTC is about more than supporting the arts—it’s about strengthening the heartbeat of a thriving and flourishing community. On a personal note, I’ve seen firsthand the remarkable impact ECTC has had on my family. My children have found a sense of belonging and acceptance here, as well as the opportunity to explore the creativity within their hearts and imaginations. Watching them grow in this environment, surrounded by extraordinary talent and guided by a team that exemplifies professionalism, has been a true gift.

None of this would be possible without the vision and dedication of ECTC’s founders, Nathanael and Anna Fisher. Their tireless efforts to create an environment of inspiration, compassion, and care have left an indelible mark on students, parents, and performers alike. Nathanael and Anna have exemplified what it means to lead with heart and purpose, ensuring that ECTC isn’t just a place for the arts—it’s a second home for so many.
