A $30 non-refundable registration fee is included in the tuition price. Please bring a snack and water for half-day camps and a snack, water, and lunch for full-day camps.

Mini Player Camps (Ages 5 - 7, Rising Kindergarteners)
Our Mini Player Camps are designed specifically for our youngest performers! Minis Camp focuses on activities that allow students to explore acting, singing, and movement in an energetic, nurturing environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Each week’s camp carries a different theme of popular musicals and musical films! Students must be 5 years old at the time of registration. Classes are Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm with a final performance on the last day of camp.

Camp Broadway: Disney Dreams (Grades 2nd - 5th)
Let the rhythm get you! Come act, sing, and dance your heart out to popular Broadway Disney show tunes as we learn simple choreography to some of the most popular musical numbers ever recorded. We’ll also learn technique through playing theatre games; and screen some classic musicals on film. Parents, this is the perfect camp for your first time performer! And, watch out! We’ll WOW you with a group performance on the last day of camp!

Snow White and the Seven Dwarves - Non Musical (Grades 2nd - 5th)
Join us for the classic story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Magic and mischief take centerstage with a large cast of characters in this one act straight play. This is a great opportunity for young performers to learn stage directions, the language of the theatre, and how to work together to bring a story to life!
Monday-Friday with final performance on the last Friday of camp at 2:00 PM.

Seussical the Musical (Grades 2nd - 5th)
Come join in the fun for one of the most popular and most performed shows in America, Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza featuring the classic characters of Dr. Seuss that you know and love like The Cat in the Hat, Horton and the Whos, and Yertle the Turtle! Everyone gets to sing, dance, and act on the big stage with lots of fun parts for boys and girls! This show is a great way for young performers to learn the basics of musical theatre performance with group singing and choreography!
Monday-Friday for two weeks (skipping Saturday and Sunday) with final performance on the last Friday of camp.

Camp Broadway: Rock and Pop! (Grades 2nd-5th)
Can you feel the rhythm?! Are you ready to dance?! Come act, sing, and dance your heart out to popular rock and pop songs by artists like Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande as we learn simple choreography as an ensemble. We’ll also play theatre games and work on our improv skills! Parents prepare yourselves for one stellar performance on the last day of camp!

Acting for Film: Harry Potter Edition (Grades 5th-12th)
Acting for the stage and acting for film are two very different art forms! This camp is a great opportunity for young performers to learn the essentials of acting for the camera! We will be using scenes and materials from the story of everyone’s favorite boy wizard Harry Potter. Join us as we portray young Harry, Ron, and Hermione in their adventures at their magical school for wizardry! We will have a final showcase of the scenes on the final day of camp to wow parents with the magic of cinema!

Camp Broadway: The Best of Broadway (Grades 6th - 12th)
Sing, dance, and act the songs and scenes that are hot on Broadway right now like Hamilton and Wicked, as well as the classics we all know and love! Come and be ready to move as you learn choreography and dance. Join in group numbers or step up and take a solo in this ensemble musical theatre workshop class. These are some of the songs you love, so come belt ‘em out with us at ECTC this summer! Camp ends in a sensational showcase for parents!

Too Many Detectives at the Murder Mansion - Non Musical (Grades 6th-12th)
A cast of eccentric characters meet at a mansion, only to become suspects of a murder that a singular genius detective will eventually solve. But what happens when all the suspects are the detectives? Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew, Miss Marple, and even Batman are just a few of the guests. Join us for this one act straight play that is written specifically for teens. Students will hone their craft in this play, focusing on comedic timing and building suspense through character and ensemble work. Parents, watch your kids excite and delight at the final performances.

Chicago - Teen Edition Vocal & Dance Intensive (Ages 14-18; Audition ONLY Camp)
This audition-only class is designed to set up our teen performers for success! Chicago, the legendary and award-winning Broadway musical about fame, fortune and acquittal is now widely available to be performed by high schools and theatre programs around the world. Specifically designed to be content-appropriate and flexible, Chicago: Teen Edition has been adapted to remove overtly mature material to make this musical more accessible for Teen performers. Challenge yourself with this intensive, choreography-heavy production and be the best performer you can be!
Students MUST be at least 14 years of age and have parental permission to audition.
Auditions will be held: Saturday, May 3 at 2pm-5pm
If unable to attend in-person audition, please submit video audition by May 3rd to: heath@emeraldcoasttheatre.org

Beetlejuice JR! Musical Theatre Intensive (Grades 6th - 12th)
This hot Broadway hit has JUST been released to be produced by Teens! The “Ghost with the Most” causes mayhem for the Deetz family in the hilarious musical based on the classic film from the 80s! This three week camp will stretch your students' theatre skills and grow them as performers. Get the full Musical Theatre Experience with this Intensive. We’ll work on our acting, voice, and dance in the compact structure and schedule of the professionals. And speaking of… Students will also have the opportunity to work with some of ECTC’s theatre professionals in this amazing full-length show!
